Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is defective, damaged, or non-functional (DOA).
The wrong product was delivered (different from what was ordered).
You must notify us within 7 Days of receiving the delivery.
2. Condition for Return To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all seals, manuals, and accessories intact.
Note: We do not accept returns if the product seal is broken or if the item has been used/installed.
3. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched for a full refund.
After Dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
4. Refund Process Once we receive your return, our technical team will inspect the product. If approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method (Bank Transfer/UPI/Card) within 5-7 working days.
